WHY CAN’T I ADD MULTIPLE ITEMS ON A WEDNESDAY?

When you have a multiple of 3 items added to your basket our system automatically adds them into the everyday deal so you get 3 for £25, however, on Wednesdays we have another deal where you can use the code 3MENVAPE which takes off 15% of any items outside of the 3 for £25 deal. 

Because of the 2 deals on the same day the site will only permit you to add 1 item at a time instead of multiples in one go, you can do this multiple times so don’t worry you can still add as many items of the same flavour into your basket, just on Wednesdays only you will have to add one at a time and continue shopping until you have the correct amount in your basket instead of all in one go if from the same flavour.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail by either 48hr or 24hr Tracked with some larger orders being sent out via courier.

Our cut off time for all orders is 3pm each day for same day collection. All orders/parcels are collected each day from Royal Mail at 4.30pm, any orders placed after 3pm will be collected on the following day at 4.30pm. Any orders placed after 3pm on Fridays and at the weekend will be collected the following Monday at 4.30pm.

Delivery times

Please note that the above delivery times are set by Royal Mail and although generally arrive on time these delivery times are not always guaranteed. Royal Mail make collections 5 days a week, however, deliveries are generally Monday to Saturday but 24hr Tracked parcels are now being delivered on Sundays so an added bonus if you have ordered on a Friday.
